An Introduction

Each property owner is responsible for maintenance on his or her own unit, including roofing, walls and the interior.

However, owners are constrained under the covenants to their title by the requirement to obtain the committee's consent to ANY structural addition or alteration to the external appearance (including painting).

This consent may be sought by application and consultation with the Building Control Committee.
