Annual General Meeting

The Association's AGM is held in May each year, the minutes of the 2011 meeting are available to view here: AGM Minutes

At the AGM the Association presents the financial accounts for the past year and produces a budget for Income and Expenditure for the following year.

From the approved budget the annual levy is struck and payable by the owners upon presentation of the levy invoice. For the current financial year the annual levy was set at $550, with a $50 discount for prompt payment, as detailed on the invoice.
